3. Submit the Form: Email the completed form to us at: myutilityconcierge@gmail.com

4. Ordering & Scheduling: After receiving the completed form, we then schedule a phone call with your client to further assist in ordering & scheduling of their services.

5. Get Paid: Once the order has been completed and the services have been scheduled, we issue payment to the referring agent!
